Very brief, a couple of the usual questions a few days after they took me through a walk through of the terminal. The whole process took about 3 to 5 days. There was a computer personality quiz and a presentation to go over the handbook and watch safety films.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
