Begin by logging on to; Watch a sort.com. You will be scheduled to walk through the plant and then they ask if you think you can do the job. Hint( the real work is being done in the trailers, not in the plant. )
If you think you can do it, they send you home with a code for an online application. Then a phone interview.
Orientation and then you begin work.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
