Everyone I spoke with was professional and timely. What I liked most was the electronic system. FedEx's system is the most effective I've seen thus far. Everything was updated on the system. Your offer even came through there. Pretty cool.

How would you handle push-back from a senior manager?
2 phone interviews, a team interview, and one last phone interview. Very slow process, took about 2 months which is why I didn't end up taking the job as I had an offer somewhere else.
the interview was easy but didnt get chance to ask questions at the end, which is unusual. each interview round lasted about less than one hour. typical questions like past experience and hypothetical qns.
