The interview lasted one hour and was conducted by a panel of 3 : an HR manager, the hiring manager and another member of the finance team, all polite and professional. The first part of the interview was behavioural, the second part was technical. All questions required to give an example from my experience on a certain issue.

the woman was just asking me weird questions it felt like they were just asking me questions on how I would deal with the company's reputation being damaged than my actual skill set

if someone you work with was doing something that would harm the company's reputation or harm the company how would you go about dealing with it
The first round interview is a virtual interview. You need to record your answers and you can try as many times as you can. There are three behavioral questions. You have five mins to answer each question.
Several rounds of in-person and phone interviews. Discussed with several layers of management under the Express product line. Many behavioral questions and other questions about previous experiences. Thirty words yet?
