Completed online application on Company site, was then contacted by Human Resources to set up a video interview with hiring manager and another manager. Normally, the interview would have been face-to-face.

Entretien
First it's screening with HR, and they explain the role and expectations. Got a call the next for an interview with hiring manager, then a month later I was called in for a panel interview with senior management. A month later I got an offer.

They asked questions around Customer centric, my CV, experience and why they should hire me, basically what do I bring to the table. They also asked questions like "tell us about the time you had to deal with a different, what happened and how did you solve.
They also ask at the end who the is CEO of FedEx I didn't expect that but luckily I knew from my research about the company prior to the interview.
