Interview. background check, orientation. The entire process took less then 2 weeks. After interview they run a background check that took approximately 4 days. Then a phone call telling me to be at original 3 days from now

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
