Expect behavioral interview questions. Explain gaps in employment. Have examples ready. First step is a phone interview followed by site visit if you make the cut. If you make the site visit (face to face interview) your odds are then 1:3 to 1:5.

Tell me a time when you had conflicting priorities? For example, your boss told you to do something and you thought it was not in the best interest of the company. The guidlines are fair and in line with industry norms. You will be paid somewhat more for your experience but not above what the position is worth.

7 to 8 bar format questions , with one open ended question. Two people from corporate wrote down my responses. The interview lasts about 25 minutes. Overall it was a good experience.

Applied online which was simple and straight forward. Then was notified of a phone interview. Interveiw lasted about 30 min all in the BAR format. got back to me within the week and offered the job

You respond by “showing” the hiring manager how you’d handle a situation using examples with a clear beginning, middle, and end for the scenario you present. The acronym STAR stands for –– situation, task, action, result.
