J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez FedEx (Irving, TX) en oct. 2018
Entretien
Surprisingly, I was called in very next day after applying. Interview was way too quick. The total process of applying till the orientation and training including barely took 7 days. Everything goes really fast.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
If I was aware of working conditions and the physically demanding nature of job.
I was asked for the choice of shifts.
Then I was told to submit my id’s and social at the link they would email(for a background check)
And that’s it. They called me back in another two days and informed about orientation. Btw, don’t expect to understand absolutely anything about Fedex Ground in orientation.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
