Was called in to be part of a "tour" of the facilities. Was given a tour upon showing up. Was given the job at the end of the tour, contingent on passing a drug screen and background check. Had accepted the contingent-based offer letter, along with background screening consent and other documents, prior to the tour.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
