J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez FedEx (Independence, KY) en févr. 2011

Applied in person. Received a call about a week later asking if I would be interested in a 1 on 1 interview, I said yes. During the in person interview they explained to me the job description, lots of lifting, bending, extreme heat and cold etc...Then the interviewer asked me why I would be qualified for this job. That's about it about another week later I received the job offer and accepted. I was promised 25-30 Hours a week and I only received 10-12 Hours a week, I eventually resigned.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
