The initial interview was by phone and consisted of general questions about my background from the hiring manager. The next week I had a panel interview that consisted of very specific behavioral questions.

The first interview is with a screener. It is about 30 minutes long and covers basic information. If you move on the recruiter helps you prepare for the next Interview which is a panel interview. Be prepared with STAR responses for behavioral/situational questions.

Tell us about a difficult situation with a client.
Only went through the first interview over Zoom. Both interviewers were friendly and professional. Started the interview with getting to know my lifestyle and background as well as theirs. The interview lasted about 45 min and was an overall average interview with some difficult questions thrown in.

1 hour long not bad, asked many different kinds of questions, had 2 managers, good atmosphere and culture. Only one main interview and then the decision is made. not very difficult
