Entretien
Questions that are all behavioral based. They do not check references or verify education, so you can basically say you have nine degrees and they will never check but they do a criminal background check which takes 3-5 days to come back. The process usually starts with a phone interview, then you will be called in for an interview with The direct manager you will report to and an HR representative and then they will ask you to fill out a background check form. Once the background check is complete (and clean) you will be given an offer letter. Basically, if you're presented with a background check form, you're getting the job.

They use the "STAR" method of interviewing where you respond to behavioral interview questions. You respond by “showing” the hiring manager how you’d handle a situation using examples with a clear beginning, middle, and end for the scenario you present. The acronym STAR stands for –– situation, task, action, result.

One interview two people about 2/3 hours. I’m not for sure to what else to put because it really was not that hard. They don’t really ask questions about anything that is hard.
