Simple Interview process,Three members in the interview panel,may be even two sometimes.Attitude check questions,few technical questions.Discussion on previous work experience.Background check,recommendation letters from academic people advantageous.

Don't treat their staff very well lots of long long hours and very little overtime paid. Remuneration was poor for what was expected
Easy interview process. One phone screening and one on-site interview with typical interview questions. If you have answers to the basic interview questions and know about the company you will be fine.

I had a 10-minute phone interview with a member of HR. The interview was a lot of behavior questions in which the STAR method was supposed to be used. The Hiring manager than contacted me a day later and offered me the position.
