Entretien
You will sit with a representative and listen to calls, you will do that for about an he depending on how busy the phones are. Then have an interview with a supervisor. After the interview with the supervisor you will meet with the manager and answer a few questions.
It was a great interview I had an awesome interviewer we did more talking off topic than about farmers honestly . That’s how I ended up getting the job . I been here for 3 years

Entretien
The first interview was a phone screening. The second interview was a group interview with a 1on1 interview combined. The process was very engaging. I now look forward to giving this my all and trying to create a strong foundation where I can excel.

Interview process went pretty smooth. The interview had about 15 people in it then split into groups to interview. They asked about 5 questions. Easy general questions. Took about a week or so to find out it I got the job.
