Process entailed phone interview. Received notice two weeks later that another candidate had been chosen. Questions regarding experience and reasons for applying were primary. Additional information given regarding the position and schedule to ensure it was a fit.

It was easy. Two managers on the interview. It was a typical star method interview. I was very comfortable and learned a lot about the company. The pay wasn’t what I desired so I declined the offer.
