Long story short, it was an awkward experience. I applied online.. three days later I got a phone call to schedule a phone interview. If you do well on your phone interview then they schedule an on-site interview. The on-site interview is like a totally different world. They try to be friendly and engaging but you can see straight through it. They try to make it seem like everyone is excited to work there but when you pass actual employees in the office you could tell they weren't happy. After an awkward group interview they have you job shadow--which was the only "good" part of the interview. The employees are down to earth and friendly, but management makes it seem like working for this company is like riding down a rainbow.. it's ridiculously staged and fake. The employee I shadowed was even saying how this is the job you take when you're fresh out of college and don't have other options. If you have other options, take them. The employees looked miserable and the pay just isn't worth it.
