Farmers interview process is standardized to using behavior based type questions. Typically there is a phone interview prior to in person (if you make it through the round). The interview was a panel interview and lasted about 50 minutes. I was also asked to provide a written response to an interview question prior to the panel interview.

Behavioral based interview, panel of three. Focus on providing examples of leadership, excellent customer service, teamwork, projects. Also, what you have done to develop yourself, taking initiative and getting issues resolved.
