Very well organized and comprehensive. They Have you converse with about three-six different people throughout the process. First you watch a video, then break out into star questions with an interviewer. After which you role play a call and finally you’re sent into another room with two employees for a description of what the job is like and a q/a.

Detailed with multiple calls. Explained in detail the onboarding and training processes including the financial obligations with starting an agency. There was a personality test to help determine fit with the company.
