Initial HR screening followed by two hour+ interviews with a multi-person panel. Took several proactive follow-up phone calls before job was offered. Very in depth and through questions to weed out those just trying to get any job. It appears the Catastrophe Department prefers "street" hires - those without any prior insurance experience.

Fairly easy overall. 30 minute call to get a feel for me and tell about the position and sus out basic requirements for the job like having a driver's license.

Entretien
Phone interview with basic questions about myself, which lead to an in-person interview with a panel of three. The interviewers were very personable. I was given a few written questions to answer and then moved to a verbal interview. The questions were about my background, strengths, and weaknesses, conflict resolution abilities, etc.
