J'ai passé un entretien chez Farmers Insurance Group (Manassas, VA)
Entretien
I first went through an over the phone interview and it was no longer than 10mins. I was asked questions about my experiences in sales (if any). This initial talk is easy and isn't hard if you know your self well and can give good examples of experiences. My second interview was faced to face and i got to elaborate more about my self and experiences and pretty much explains why i could be a successful agent. I then took a 20 min assessment that analyzed my personality and thinking skills. Its fairly easy and nothing you need to study for. After this my recruiter/ interviewer took what she saw in me and my test results and had them reviewed by the management committee to offer me a third interview. I got accepted to the third which basically was to make sure i was still interested to be an agent as well as to go over how compensation would work as well as how they would set me up for licensing (that i would pay for) and then attend their "Farmers academy" where they train you. I didn't come back for the fourth and final interview.

Was basic and tedious asking me questions about my prior work history so make sure that I understood the job role. Overall it was not difficult to formulate an answer to the questions.
