Not much of an interview. Ask a few simple questions about past, why you were a good fit, etc. Really they just want bodies to weed out the weak. Not a place I'd really recommend.

bait and switch. let me into the interview with the promise of a salary position then switched to a 100% commission role which i said i was am not interested in before beginning the interview process.
