I was told that there would be a 110% commission and the leads would be given to me without any door to door sales. Also I liked that they said communication is key in their business because that's important.

Easy and relaxed interview. standard interview questions. I was somewhat nervous but the interviewer was pleasant and made the process easy. I was hired immediately during the interview and they gave me the tools and resources to get licensed, prepare for exam, etc.

On the phone initial interview with the hiring manager. She was very easy to talk to and seemed to answer all concerns without pretense or hesitation. The company seemed like a good place to start. I was looking however for higher quality insurance vendors.
