I recently attended an interview where all the questions were based on my CV and past experiences. I truly appreciated how the interviewers took the time to understand my background rather than focusing solely on technical questions. The atmosphere was surprisingly comfortable, it felt more like having a conversation with friends than a formal interview. The interviewers were genuinely kind and respectful, which really helped ease the nerves and allowed me to express myself more naturally.

Preselected in school and interviewed on more of behavioral issues. Had a second technical interview for 45mins.
