Applied for informational session. It was selective and after the information session, we were told that being selected for the information session meant that we will be reviewed for the subsequent rounds of interview.

Entretien
In person interview, standard behavioral interview with relatively easy questions, why Exxon, why this position, your experience, tell me about about yourself, not that bad. It was a very positive interview and the interviewers were kind in the sense that they wanted as much as detail as possible without grilling.
Fairly relevant questions based on your experience and subject matter. Process was completely automated, directly received an email for all rounds cleared. HR did not accommodate any date changes for interview timing.

Interview with Senior manager and analyst who explain the ways of working and ask some technical questions. The conversations lasts about an hour and a half and is at the site in Machelen.
