First stage was a 45 minute behavioral interview. Afterwards I was referred to a specific site and contacted for a phone screening. I then scheduled a week to fly to the site and have an interview and meet people at the job location.

When was a time you used data to solve a problem and how did you know what data to use?
Campus recruitment out of university.
1) Career fair screening, a few short behavioural interviews
2) Site reaches out for additional behavioural interviews
3) On-site with all day interviews varying from technical and behavioural. Technical focused on basics of distillation, hydraulics, and some reactions.

Very good. Three stages of interviews. Phone screen, online interview, then on site interview that included a behavioral based interview, technical interview, then chat with department head. Ensure that all interview answered are structured correctly and just be yourself. Interview them as they interview you.

3- steps, not to difficult. There is a behavior interview, followed by a technical interview, the the closing interview with a technical head at the site. Intimidating, but the questions were not to bad at all
