Skype call with 2 process optimizers, I think the people you are interviewed by varies by what job they think you might fit. I thought the interview was generally okay but I think they just didn't think I was a good fit.

It was a video Interview after initial screening stage and online numerical and personality tests. The interview was conducted by an employee at ExxonMobil. The interview started with a general introduction and moved on competency-based questions to test if the candidate matches with the company's core values.

It was a non-technical skype interview. After submitting CV and CL, I got an email inviting me for the interview. Had I got through, there were at least 2-4 extra steps.
