Interview was two stage, both times two senior members were present there. During the interview atmosphere is very calm and friendly, mostly behavioral questions and a short accounting skill test, based upon what I had said earlier, spontaneous questions, nothing serious. Than the first group informs you that you are moving to the next stage, the next stage is the repetition of the first minus the test. Both teams had a native and one foreign members. The interviewers were working in the same company for 8+ to 13 years at least.
