J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez ExxonMobil (Clinton, NJ) en juin 2018
Entretien
I was referred by an alumnus who is working at ExxonMobil. I had one 1-hour phone interview, and then was invited for a full-day onsite. The interview lasted 9am-5pm, where I had 1-by-1, or 1-by-2 meetings with their staff scientists. All technical questions and discussions; no HR or behavior questions.

There are a bunch of senior employees in the interview. Throughout the interview, they all asked stupid questions just like kidergarden questions such as why do you do this, your movitation, what did you learn etc. Cannot believe they all have PhD degrees.
