After completing the online application and submitting your CV, you receive a phone call inviting you to the Explore Learning Centre for an interview. The interview involves a group activity and also a one to one interview with the centre director.

Good, quick and easy really nice interviewer. Do have to answer questions online before interview. You get told if you got the job while in the interview so good in that aspect.
