Entretien
I applied online and I got a call from their HR. On week later I had a remote interview scheduled.The interview round was for one hour. I was interviewed by their Product Head.The decision was informed in the call

The interview had two questions
1) Explain one of the products that I had helped develop and explain the metrics that we measured and why?
2) If I was the Product Manager for the Vaccination process how would I improve the adoption percentage

Entretien
Very unorganised in their interview process. Infact you need to keep following up with them rather than they. It was a total 1-2 month process with them. After that they never even called and told the results or feedback. The first round was more of an interview for a developer instead of a product manager. The second round was very generic. And only the third round was for a Product Manager. It’s almost like they have an opinion on how things are to be done and are not even open to other ideas. Even if I would have got the offer, the vibe from the interviewers and the head of products was such that I wouldn’t have accepted the offer.
