    Avantages

    Good scope for growth
    Free lunch and snacks
    Lots of parties and celebrations
    Flexi-timings
    CEO makes an effort to meet every employee for at least an hour

    Inconvénients

    -All the old talent (early employees) is not being retained. Attrition rate is high! Hire & Fire is a common culture across the company
    -HR department is unresponsive- as good as non-existent. Their head lacks diplomacy and professionalism.
    -Managers takes all the credit in my team. No recognition for individual efforts.
    - Favouritism exists big time! It is reflected during appraisal process.

    -Other members in the top management should also take time to meet with the employees
    - Hire a professional and ACTIVE HR team
    Please listen to employee complaints and take them seriously

    Avantages

    Company with good growth.Leader in the market and first to solutions which competitors follow.Smart people in management

    Inconvénients

    No rewards for work.Stocks in the company is held only by founders and Cxos.I was told I would be given stocks based on performance but my manager has only been giving excuses for months.Looks like the story is the same with my manager.Also the founders do not get along well and looks like there is only one way of doing things.CEO way.So co-founders are also leaving.Next the management also seem to follow

    You share information irrelevant to us in the name of transparency.But for things like pay and stocks you are not transparent.Ensure other founder and senior people dont leave.Learn ways to work with each other.Dont be kids.Reward your employees well.Founders had their time and leaving.Atleast for rest give some stocks.Dont be greedy

    Avantages

    Team leaders of engineering are qualified and experienced enough to guide new people who come in. There is flexibility to pick things you want to work on and learn along the way.

    Inconvénients

    None I can think of right now.

    Avantages

    Lot of senior people are leaving from Cxos, senior people etc.Lot of hiring. But there is nobody to guide new people. There is lot of talk on what we are going to do, but nothing happens.Sales goes and promises features which are not there and product does not improve the product. It is the same in last 2 years. It is jokeful that some cosmetic change everyone says is a new product. Not everyone will be fooled by it

    Retain senior people. There is no guidance. Stop promising things in all hands and meetings and big talks. Need action not talks. Half the management team should learn how to talk short and honest. They go on and on and on. I think it is to only hide their mistakes. If you are leaving the company why are you making false promises and hiring.That is lying. Please talk less. Do some work

    Avantages

    1. Lots of opportunities to learn.
    2. Flexible work hours.

    Inconvénients

    1. No opportunities for career growth.
    2. Appraisal/promotion is not done on merit.
    3. Too much time spent on meaningless meeting, discussions. In fact senior employees try to avoid it by working from home.

    1. Keep it real don't say something for the heck of saying it in all hands and end up doing the opposite.
    2. Whenever an opening is available pass
    the information within the company and give priority to an existing employee so he/she can prove themselves and get the position.
    3. Except the COO none of the management is approachable .
    4. Don't promote somebody because he/she is more visible in the company.
    5. Get a proper HR and treat employees greivances seriously.

    Avantages

    - There are a few really good engineers in the company and if you get a chance to work with them you will learn a lot.
    - CXOs are great.

    Inconvénients

    - The entire middle management was hired in the last few months and are clueless about most things.
    - Some very dumb managers, who say things for the sake of saying things and do not understand engineering.
    - A very very slow paced company. It's all talk about this and that but the product has changed very little in the last 2-3 years. 0 innovation.
    - The product team pretend to be the gods within the company and are clueless about tech and most of the products that they have come up with after months of research are things that a fresher would build as a college project. Engineers rarely have a say in new products, or features being added.

    Avantages

    Joined as a fresher and you can't ask for a better start in your career

    * Smart and awesome people to work with
    * Freedom to experiment and Innovate
    * CTO is approachable, you can voice your concern and you will be heard. Moreover he is a superb techie and guide.
    * You can drive your projects independently
    * Loads and loads of learning

    Inconvénients

    You sometime feel that pay is a bit less but that covers up for the experience you will get here.

    Avantages

    Good company with continuous growth. Lot of opportunities with international expansion and scope to learn and grow

    Inconvénients

    Bad compensation with very less stocks. Founders have most of the stocks and rest of the stocks with core team members. Some of the core members are also leaving. To hire and retain good talent they need to give more stocks to employees.

    Think about your compensation. Culture is not a replacement for compensation. In startups everyone would want to make money for the risk, not only founders and core team. Dont be stingy
