Received a call inviting me to a phone interview. Received an email confirming the interview. Thirty minute phone interview. Received an email inviting me to a second, in-person interview. Paid expenses to attend interview and was fully reimbursed. Attended five in-person interviews. Invited to a third in-person interview. Completed surveys. Attended two hour interview. Received a job offer. Negotiated offer then accepted offer.

Entretien
The company culture seemed to be male-dominated but I've heard that's not the case. They asked a lot of questions about my work history and the size of the budgets or departments that I have handled in the past. I had an interview with the person who would be the peer and the hiring manager. They were both very direct and the hiring manager said that sometimes it's the culture fit that matters most. Of course, they also asked why I was interested in the energy industry and Exelon.
