Applied online, then received an email and phone call from a recruiter about going to the site for an interview. Exelon paid for all travel to and from the interview; included hotel, plane tickets, and food. Overall facilities were nice and people where nice and informative.

Submitted resume at career fair and applied online. Was called up and asked to interview. A few days later got a call from my hiring manager and HR. Went through some routine "HR" questions, but then the manager really went into my schooling experience background. Pretty decent interview compared to others I've had.
