The phone interview was fairly easy and straightforward. There were no trick questions. I felt like I would not have gotten the interview if I didn't have a couple of inside contacts. I ended up being one of six people interviewed for 3 positions. For the on-site interview I was interviewed by two people, the hiring manager and his boss. The questions they asked were fairly abstract and did not seem to be directly related to the job qualifications for the most part.
