I recently completed the first-round interview, which was primarily competency-based. The interviewer was approachable and created a comfortable atmosphere, allowing for an engaging and interesting conversation. We discussed the company culture in depth, as well as the main responsibilities and expectations for the role, which gave me a clear understanding of what they’re looking for in a candidate. Overall, the process was well-structured and fairly straightforward, making it a positive experience.
