I recently completed the first-round interview, which was primarily competency-based. The interviewer was approachable and created a comfortable atmosphere, allowing for an engaging and interesting conversation. We discussed the company culture in depth, as well as the main responsibilities and expectations for the role, which gave me a clear understanding of what they’re looking for in a candidate. Overall, the process was well-structured and fairly straightforward, making it a positive experience.

Good communication and proactive engagement by recruiter. Manager had final engagement and was open to sharing details about the role. The process was quick and to the point, and they were willing to work with me being outside of the main area of employment.
