Depends on the team that interviews you. I received multiple requests for an interview. One interview was conducted online, another one on the phone and I received one email asking me to confirm my interest. The interview that ended up in the position I accepted was less formal and more about seeing if my experience and motivation match the role.

What knowledge do you have of the European Parliament?
It was good, very short, nice people. The interview was very short though. But the people were very nice on the other hand. It was interesting. Good experience. Had some trouble logging in but it went over quickly and could flexibly call.

The interview took around 15 min, everyone was super nice and friendly, 3 questions were asked in total, 2 typical HR questions + one more technical question, received feedback pretty swiftly after a few days.
