Recruiter Phone Screen is the initial step. During this call, the recruiter tries to learn more about your past experiences and how they have shaped the skills and qualities you have today that apply to the role. Once the recruiter is satisfied and you pass the phone screen you move on to virtual phone and video interviews. Unfortunately I did not make it past the first phone interview.
