I was asked about scheduling a phone interview approximately 2 months after I applied for the job. The phone interview was difficult for me. I didn't have a great experience overall. The role advertised was not very clear to me. I think they were looking for multiple candidates at different levels of experience.

Mostly were questions related to my lab experience with higher scale reactions, which in general one would not get in a research university lab.
