Initial Phone conversation with internal recruiter . This was followed by an Online aptitude test followed by Remote video conference , with chief architect. Interview was relaxed. Follow up was 5 days later. I found the outcome to be disingenuous as they said I did not have enough of a technology that was not listed in the job spec nor was it raised in the interview
