This company is a total scam. They make as if they have a thorough selection process, and indeed you have to go through many interviews and tests, but at the end there is only person deciding: the CEO, and he doesn't care at all about the opinion of his teams, even top executives in his company. Only his judgment counts, be aware !!!! (and run away....)
