Two / Three rounds:
1) Objective test ( irrelevant and ambiguous questions in the test, very less focus on Agile)
2) Technical round ( Interviewer is from waterfall mindset, please train him on how to interview candidates for Agile Coach position)
I appeared for Agile Coach role and most of the questions asked during interview were related to CMMI, process, metrics, tools and PMP. I think interviewer is not aware about modern way of interview process and neither he is aware of agile world. He is unnecessary aggressive while taking interview.
How can an organization achieve agility if interviewer does not know how to interview Agile Coaches ?
Also interview process is very lengthy with lots of waste of time.
The only good part was that the company provided breakfast and lunch during interview process.
