Entretien
First was a HR Phone interview, then an onsite interview about a week later, and then a phone interview with management and client. All about a week apart. HR is mainly who you are, general HR questions like where did you go to school, tell me about yourself, strengths/weaknesses, what are you looking for in a company. Essentially a basic screening. Then, the in person interview, I met with the group leader and the manager. Some HR questions repeated, a little bit more of what my skills are and what I'm familiar with. The client interview was more of a recap of the in person interview and you get to learn more about the client company and what group they're in.

Question 1
Tell us about yourself.
Weaknesses/strengths.
Tell us about a time where you had completely failed at something.
What was the best and worst class you took in college?
super easy and nice. They were super nice about misunderstandings/ not fully understanding what the job is. They were open to working around my class schedule and understood that I did not have the most amount of time.

Entretien
It was a very broad interview where typical questions were asked. The questions ranged from what are your weaknesses, and strengths, to why you would like to work for them.

I was very disappointed in this company. The interview had to begin with only one of the two interviewers present, as the other couldn't be tracked down. Then, once the second interviewer arrived I had to repeat all my answers to the previous questions that she missed. I had applied for a position in which there were multiple shifts and I had spoken with HR in a screening phone call about desired salary. Yet, I was immediately informed that only night shifts were available. I indicated that I was not interested in that, but they wanted to continue the interview "in case they could work something out." I continued the interview, was given a tour of the laboratory and, after I had been there for over an hour was I informed that the pay was $15 an hour. I have a bachelor's degree and laboratory experience. Eurofins, who is the largest environmental testing agency in the world, thinks that it is okay to pay qualified employees less than they could make working at Starbucks. I was told that the pay rate was firm. I was very irritated as I took a personal day and wasted 4 hours (driving included) to attend this interview. I had already informed the HR representative what my salary expectations were, and they were completely ignored and my time was wasted.

Question 1
I was not asked any questions apart from "Tell me a bit about yourself," "why are you leaving your current position, " and "Do you have any questions for us?" There were no questions regarding my ability to do the job I was applying for or my qualifications for the position.
