I had a first round interview with the HM, and they assigned me a presentation to walk through past leadership and management experiences. The HM scheduled a check-in call mid-week to make sure it was on the right path and give me any feedback. After the presentation round they sent me a very kind email that they were further along with another candidate who accepted the offer.
