J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic (Madison, WI) en févr. 2025

A week or two after I applied for a Project Manager position, I got a phone call randomly that I answered and spoke with a recruiter for about 10-15 min about my experience and interests. A week after that conversation, I was notified that I was moved to the interview process for Quality Manager rather than Project Manager. I decided to move forward with the interview process and had to complete a largely logic based test online and behavioral questions. A couple weeks later I was notified that they were scheduling me for a full interview slate which lasted about 4 or so hours I believe. I had an introduction to the company, the role, a sort of case study session where I was given a website and asked to point out everything I would change about it and then behavioral hypotheticals. Lastly I had to give a presentation about a topic of my choice to a group of 4-5 employees. It was all very casual considering the presentation and case study type questions would typically stress me out a lot. I then heard from Epic about 2-3 weeks later saying I received an offer.
There was a series of exams, and then a three hour long zoom with various types of interviews. There were also informational interviews during this time, where I met various people in the roles and got to hear from them.

Had approximately three hours, involving first a walkthrough of one of their applications, then an explanation of the role by a quality manager, then a "case study" which was really just scenario questions mostly, and finally talking with a recruiter who talked mostly through logistics with a couple of more behaviorial and strange questions.
There were multiple steps to the interview, including an assessment of a website and a test to see how you respond to stressful situations and manage your time. During the actual interview part, they focused on asking about your strengths and weaknesses.
