Entretien
Applied online. Submitted college transcripts. I was contacted immediately and asked to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was with HR person and easy. The reviews on glass door were very helpful in preparing for the phone interview. After phone interview, received an invitation to complete online personality tests and technical learning assessment. I had spent a couple weeks doing GRE/LSAT prep, and brushing up on algorithms, thinking it would be helpful. Not so. I have no programming experience and found the technical learning aspect of the test quite confusing. I've heard everyone thinks they fail it. If the test I took has any relation to the skills or attitude necessary to do the job I applied for, I probably would not enjoy that job anyway.

Entretien
Multiple rounds of interviews including a knowledge/skills test and an in-person visit (pre-covid). In-person visit had us go through various scenarios for client relations, then finished with an interview with an HR representative.

How would you handle competing priorities/deadlines with a client?
The test is actually quite straightforward and shouldn’t be too difficult. Also final stage interview is basically a victory lap, you are 90% of the way there at that point.

Entretien
All pretty clear and straightforward. Liked the flexibility in scheduling. No surprises. Had to complete a variety of assessments. The interview was not very memorable and felt somewhat impersonal and curt.
