I originally applied for Software development, got a phone interview from them. It was fairly straightforward and all they asked was about a project that I put in my resume. After that, I went through a 3-4 hour 2-part technical exam proctored by ProctorU. The first part is answering questions based on a programming language they have you learn. The second part is the technical programming part that is about 4 questions. After that, got an email that I didn't move forward with the Software development part, but they wanted me onsite for their technical problem solver role with an emphasis on windows systems engineer instead. They invite you to dinner on the first night with a group of applicants and an employee. Very chill and relaxed, but be sure to ask as many questions as possible. Then the next day was an actual full day interview. You will start as a group and later on be split for individual interviews. I would say the interview is a split between touring the place, 1:1 interview, and talking with more employees about what they do. They will also group you up with an employee to get lunch at their cafeteria. The order in which 1:1 interviewing/touring/meeting employees is different for everyone. They also have a logic and SAT type test during the onsite interview that tests your basic skills that last about an hour. At the end of the day, you will usually be talking with an HR personnel about salaries and benefits.
