J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic en sept. 2024

Applied online then got a message from HR to add degree information. Then asked to schedule a phone call. Take a personality quiz. And schedule the assessment.
Phone interview was 15-20 mins about the position and about me, previous projects, and if i had any questions.
Assessment was long. 2 mins quick math questions i only solved 4. Then more math questions it was honestly very easy but some of them don’t make sense and seemed very silly. Then 20 questions about learning MUMPS it was easy if you know how to read code and know logic gates and stuff like that. Then last part was 4 easy medium leetcode problems (im pretty sure i got all of them right). It was: Long addition problem, problem about checkers type of game, problem about matrix, I don’t remember the last one. Just study matrices and manipulation, backtracking, DFS.
I felt i did very good in the assessment just not the 2 mins part. Did okay in phone screen.
Got my generic rejection email about a week after assessment.

Medium level leetcode and then a very basic system design question as a final round interview. Overall, smooth and simple process. Only one technical and it was the first one.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
How would you design a system to minimize wait time at a health care center?
First round is a thirty minute phone call with one of their developers. The other part of the first round is a three hour exam with IQ test style logic questions and coding questions.
[OA] OA was fair. Programming part are leetcode easy and easy-mediums, straightforward simulation, backtracking, dfs, strings, etc. No DP/graphs but ymmv.
[Final interview] (Case Study) I think the interviewer came up with their own prompt. It's mostly discussion-based, with a virtual white board. It's not too technical. I'm guessing its testing your communication/logical reasoning than system design skills. (Pair programming) 1 question, same format as the OA on the same platform, leetcode easy.
[Overall] Technical difficulty isn't bad. Interviewers who are current software devs seemed friendly. Had a good experience, yet got rejected.
