J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic
Entretien
Screening phone call, a 4 hour assessment which included coding (for a UX design job?!) that wasn't too difficult but very time consuming, and a 10 hour design prompt. Would have been another behavioral interview. Overall long, unguided process.

Entretien
Applied, did some assessments that were essentially logic questions, some as you would expect, and others in a made-up programming language. Then went through a phone interview, design challenge, and then finally a 3-4 hour long interview final interview process.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic (Madison, WI)
Entretien
Haven't had an interview yet, but upon scheduling the interview, I had to take multiple assessments which albeit seemingly simple were actually kind of difficult. I have no idea how I did or the weight that they have on the actual selection process.

Math questions, common logic questions, and a fake coding type question bank
Applied. Got a phone call from another UX designer. Had to do a design challenge that took a week of my time but got rejected at the end and didn't get any feedback which was kind of annoying
