After applying online, they send an email to have you take an assessment. They also schedule the phone interview. The phone interview could have been an email. It was more like a survey. Every question they asked was in the job application already. They asked no real interview questions. It ended with the interviewer reading a script about the company. The interview lasted less than 10 minutes.
